A complete design and manufacture service is offered, including procurement of PCBs, packages, components and die. Our Opto manufacturing capability consist of PCB population, die-attach & wire bond (onto a variety of substrates), automated glob-top, UV/oven cure, hermetic lid seal and extensive test facilities.
